What is the REAL-COMP Auto-Loader™ ?
The short answer is it automatically loads auto, property, and other sales lead types directly into ECHO ™ without a human spending time to key the data.
Specifically, the Import.exe program on the REAL-COMP Auto-Loader™ floppy diskette will automatically load the prospect’s name, address, phone number (if available and purchased), and X-DATE (if desired by the agent) into the appropriate places on the ECHO™ computer screen. This lead is then automatically saved into ECHO™. You can actually see the information being “typed” to the screen and records saved by ECHO™. No keying of data is necessary! The program loads between 40 and 50 leads per minute.
Auto-Loader™ will automatically load leads purchased from REAL-COMP , as well as Cole™, Statewide Data Services™, Haines™, and DataQuick™. It also recognizes a generic file format that any vendor can emulate.
Auto-Loader™ is able to "key" the lead data automatically by using a copyrighted executable program that is self-contained on a floppy diskette. No program installation or hard drive or system registry access is made on your computer by Auto-Loader™. When the loading process completes, nothing is left on the computer but the loaded leads in ECHO™.
Even though ECHO™ will only capture up to 500 leads in a single file, REAL-COMP can deliver more (to reduce lead costs by volume purchase) on a floppy diskette or by email attachment. The Auto-Loader™ program will automatically split the files saved in ECHO™ into 500 lead segments, while adding a sequence number to the file name selected by the agent for easy identification.
All lead types can be delivered on the same floppy diskette, and the agent has control of what the file names will be called. The program can also automatically separate different X-Date months into separate ECHO™ files!
When the automatic loading of the leads is completed, the user just removes the floppy diskette and continues using ECHO™ in the normal manner. The great benefit of this program is the elimination of keying lead data into ECHO™.
What does the REAL-COMP Auto-Loader ™ cost? $295.00 + shipping (+ sales tax if sold in Texas) for a one year unlimited use, exclusive license to operate on a single, pre-identified computer.
REAL-COMP provides very timely auto and property leads that are pre-selected by working with the agent to meet his/her book of business target. For example, property leads can be supplied on the floppy diskette already catalogued by zip code, total value of the property, X-date, exterior construction, year built, square footage, etc. Auto leads could likewise be supplied by zip code, phone number availability, number of autos registered at a lead address, age of registrants at that address, age of autos registered, whether the address is an individual or business, whether the vehicles are owned or leased, whether the address is an apartment or single family residence, etc.
The combination of accurate, timely leads with software that eliminates keying, will provide the State Farm agent with the tools to hit the book of business growth target.

To download the protected REAL-COMP Auto-Loader™:
NOTE: This version of the Auto-Loader™ allows you to download the file to computers that may deny access to executable (*.exe) files. Please read the instructions below carefully. Click on the link below.
- Choose "Save this program to disk", and click on the OK button.
- A Save As window now appears. Click on the down arrow next to the Save in: drop-down menu at the top of the window, scroll up to the top, and click on Desktop so it is highlighted.
- At the bottom of the window where it says Save as type: - change that to All Files.
- Now change the filename just above that from Auto-Loader.rc to Auto-Loader.exe, and click on the Save button.
- When the download is complete click on the Open button to run it.
- A WinZip Self-Extractor window should now appear. At this point, place your current Auto-Loader™ floppy diskette in your A: drive, and click on the OK button. You must have your current Auto-Loader™ diskette in the floppy drive for the update to work.
- You can now run the REAL-COMP Auto-Loader™ by clicking on the Start button in the lower left-hand corner of your desktop, clicking on Run..., typing A:Import in the command line, and hitting the <ENTER> key.
