This service provides the agent with a hands-free marketing program that is set up on a monthly/recurring basis. Mailings are based on the sold dates of homes and are available for all the major metropolitan areas of Texas. This product has proven to be an effective marketing tool for the insurance agent.

• Generate lead lists
• Help the agent plan the marketing program by providing personal customer support with counts available for ZIP codes
• Help the agent place and track the order
• Print, Fold, Stuff and mail at USPS Standard A rate in a timely manner
• Send proof of mailing "confirmation letters" and invoice to confirm the mailing
• Generate, and email to agent, an electronic prospect report of the mailing for follow-up
• Automatically repeat the mailing in different X-Date months as agreed

• Exterior wall composition (where available)
• All leads are single family homes and owner occupied
• All leads come from REAL-COMP's property tax database

Customize your mail piece:

• REAL-COMP does not provide a template or quote system for independent agents
• Individual agents are responsible for providing the "piece" to be mailed as well as insuring it is in the correct format
• Pieces are mailed in a #10 window envelope with agent return address printed on
• Custom envelopes are available upon request
• Agents may alternatively choose to mail postcards

Mailing details:

• Every mailing you do will include what is known as a "confirmation letter." This will be delivered to your address so that you can confirm the mailing took place and approximate when your prospects will also be receiving their mail piece.
• The length of the entire process will vary for each individual customer based on the amount of time spent developing a list and mail piece that fits your specific needs. However, once final approval is received, your mail will drop at the post office within 5-7 business days.
• Undeliverable mail pieces due to bad addresses can be an unnecessary cost to your business. To eliminate this waste, we run all of our data through USPS software to guarantee that your mail will reach your potential customers. Additionally, we can also check addresses against the USPS's national change of address database for a small extra fee.
• Follow-up prospect files will be sent to you once your mailing is complete for no extra charge.
