The X-Date program provides the exact sale date of a real property transaction, and therefore the probable EXPIRATION DATE of the current insurance policy on the property. The sale date is supplemented with many fields of information from the Tax Office data, resulting in a sophisticated insurance prospecting tool.

INSURANCE REPLACEMENT COST CALCULATION:

The Tax Office data also allows insurance underwriters and agents to calculate property improvement replacement cost accurately, in a fraction of the time needed for manual inspection and calculation.

REAL-COMP  Property Data Program has some sophisticated features, including:

• Search by property address or owner's name across all counties in each metropolitan area...no need to know the county location of the property.

• Search for specific property uses within a Zip code, then generate mailing labels or use delimited format for output to word processor.

• Search for property or owners by "walking down the street"

• Long and short search printout options.

• Custom print formats that allow the user to define the data to be printed. The format is kept in the computer memory for the next usage.

• Print mailing labels searched and organized in many different ways. Includes Zip +4 and carrier route.

• Print X-Date prospecting lists of only those matches that have a telephone number.

X-Date and mailing labels are available in delimited format, allowing easy importation into other popular word processing programs for generation of prospect letters
