Houston Area Phone Number Update

Click here for instructions on updating your program to access REAL-COMP with the updated telephone number.  If you are a KoalaTerm user you can download already updated files below.

KoalaTerm Update

This is the fix for REAL-COMP  Online KoalaTerm users in the Houston area who use a modem to connect to REAL-COMP. Please be sure you are not currently in the Online program prior to running the update.

***WARNING: You must already have KoalaTerm installed for this update to work.***

To load the Update click below to download the file. You may save it to your computer and run it or run it from its current location. Once the WinZip Self-Extractor Window appears click on the Unzip button to extract the files to the proper location, and then click on the Close button to exit the program. When the installation is complete you should now be able to access REAL-COMP  through KoalaTerm normally.

Norton Firewall KoalaTerm Fix

If you have Norton Internet Security or Norton Personal Firewall and are having trouble accessing REAL-COMP through KoalaTerm via a telnet connection click here.

Windows®2000 and Windows®XP KoalaTerm Update

This is the fix for REAL-COMP  Online KoalaTerm users who have Windows®2000 or Windows®XP as their operating system. Please be sure you are not currently in the Online program prior to running the update.

***WARNING: You must already have KoalaTerm ver. 3.11 installed for this update to work.***

To load the Update click below to download the file. You may save it to your computer and run it or run it from its current location. Once the WinZip Self-Extractor Window appears click on the Unzip button to extract the files to the proper location, and then click on the Close button to exit the program. When the installation is complete you should now be able to access REAL-COMP  through KoalaTerm normally.

Custom Format Downloads - To download a custom format layout for your AutoLoader click on the correct format below, and when the File Download window comes up place your AutoLoader diskette in your floppy disk drive and save it to A:.
